Hermann has over 15 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Trading in the Global Capital Markets industry, serving pension and sovereign funds across the world. He is the founder of Anansi Management, a Swiss Project Management company that specializes in Emerging and Frontier Markets. Hermann previously served as the Head of Fixed Income at BGC Partners, a leading brokerage firm, where he advised institutional financial institutions at high levels. He also worked as a Forex and Structured Products Trader at BNP Paribas in Switzerland. Hermann holds a degree from the Institut supérieur européen de Gestion (ISEG), the Center of Study in Diplomacy and Strategy (CEDS Paris), and the Wharton Business School in Entrepreneurship.
