Karim SGHAIER

Karim is a financial engineer who graduated from the top French finance school ENSAE and was a Fulbright scholar at Stanford University. He specializes in investment banking, asset management, and project financing. Previously, he worked as a portfolio manager at Allianz Global Investors, an investment banker at Société Générale Investment Banking, and a CEO of a Luxembourg management company. Additionally, Karim is an entrepreneur with interests in education and the cinema industry. He co-founded Le Régent International School and is the Chairman of its board. The school is in partnership with the prestigious Le Rosey Institute, and Karim is also fostering academic partnerships globally and promoting scholarships for deserving students. Furthermore, he cofounded the Lausanne Film Festival, also known as Les Rencontres du 7ème Art de Lausanne, and works closely with private equity firms that specialize in entertainment content, particularly films and series for a global audience.
